Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using uclacommons, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you must stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free, Pro, and Business — effective from January 1, 2026. uclacommons reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable advance notice.

Permitted Use

You may use uclacommons to process images you own or have explicit rights to modify. Processing images of individuals without their consent, or for any unlawful purpose, is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. uclacommons does not review uploaded images and takes no responsibility for user-submitted material that violates applicable law.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. Automated bulk requests outside of the designated API are not permitted under any plan.

Intellectual Property

All output images generated from your uploaded content remain your property. uclacommons retains no rights to your images. The platform's underlying technology, models, and interface remain the property of uclacommons.

Limitation of Liability

uclacommons is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Maximum liability to any individual user is limited to the total amount paid to uclacommons in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Third-Party Services

uclacommons integrates with third-party platforms including payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. These integrations are governed by their own terms — review them independently.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify UCLA Commons immediately at info@uclacommons.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of written request.

Changes to These Terms

uclacommons may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
