At The UCLA Family Commons we are blessed to have a very tight-knit staff of professionals who are all dedicated to their work here at our center. Everyone on our team is genuinely committed and shares a collective mission to make positive impacts on the families and children within our community. With how busy we are being Jacks and Jills of all trades, sometimes we forget to show our appreciation to deserving colleagues.
With the Valentine’s spirit spreading throughout the office this week, a few of us decided to take time to recognize one of our colleague’s continued, unrivaled dedication to our center and the community – Thank You Sensei Tom.
“Sensei Tom’s positive energy makes an impact not only in the Dojo with his students, but also throughout our center – on families, faculty and friends.”
“Sensei Tom’s passion for the success of his students and the traditions of Martial Arts is very inspiring.” – Jon Moreaux, Multimedia Developer
“While Tom is dedicated to helping his students master their Martial Arts skills, what is even more impressive to me, is how invested he is in making his students grow into better people. That personal factor is unparalleled and really reflects his character as a leader.” – Benjamin Kemp, Marketing & Associate Operations Director
“Tom’s direct, yet gentle, honesty allows parents and children alike to gain a greater understanding not only of their areas of strength, but also weakness.” – Dr. Rebecca Eberlin, Lead Psychologist & Director of Services
“Sensei Tom’s positive energy makes an impact not only in the Dojo with his students, but also throughout our center – on families, faculty and friends.” Erica Ludwin, Client Relations Manager
While Valentine’s Day is a great time for spreading love, really, every day is the right day to give compliments and express gratitude to the great people around us – at home, in the community and definitely at the workplace.
